We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The warm welcome and spacious accommodation exceeded our expectations. The beautiful decor and stunning gardens were a bonus, and we enjoyed our private outdoor seating. The staff was always available and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when visiting. Highly recommend!

We loved the spacious and clean room with a kitchenette, bar fridge, and comfortable seating area. The hotel had secure parking and beautiful gardens with private outdoor seating. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with toasties when we requested a meatless meal.

the location was central, close to shopping centers and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the kitchenette facilities and private outdoor seating. It was also great to have a secure parking spot.
The lighting in the room was weak, it made it difficult to apply makeup.

The property was located in a great area, close to a lovely shopping center with an awesome bistro. the room was spacious and had a separate lounge area with a kitchenette, perfect for warm homely nights in. the gardens were well-maintained and provided a private outdoor seating area that was fantastic and relaxing!
The only thing that we wished was different was the lighting in the room, specifically in the bathroom area. It wasn't bright enough and made it difficult for my partner to apply her make-up.

The room was big enough and spotless with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious too and had nice toiletries. , the location was ideal, in a decent neighborhood and close to a shopping mall. Another plus was the 24-hour front desk service, which was a lifesaver when we arrived late.
There were a couple of things that didn't live up to our expectations. the lack of privacy in the bathroom was quite uncomfortable.
